Nihal
My name is Nihal and I am a premedical student currently in the process of applying to medical schools. I have been tutoring for two years at Hofstra University and the reason I got into tutoring was that I know how it feels to study for hours and still not get the results that you want. As a premedical student, I had to not just study hard, but also study smart. Sometimes a couple of hours of good studying can beat a day worth of average studying.
You see, there is a very simple formula that all my professors have told me how to study. For every 1 hour of class time, you should be self-studying for 2 hours on the related topics. This may seem overwhelming at first but there are so many tools that are available on the internet that will help you stick to your goal.
For example, to truly understand and memorize a concept, you need repetition and reinforcement. I can help you with both those areas and you will definitely start to see an increase in not just your score, but also your self-confidence in studying.
