I graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2016 summa cum laude. While achieving high academic honors, I worked in the on-campus tutoring center with undergrad students and independently with high school tutees throughout San Diego. My tutoring style emphasizes self-development within a student; encouraging tutees to learn how to learn on their own. My students have varied drastically in their personalities, motivation, and comprehension which I believe has given me an excellent foundation as a tutor.
In addition to this, I have spent the last four years in self-directed study for the four-part CPA exam and, more recently, the LSAT. I achieved passing grades on all four accounting exams and scored in the 99th percentile on the law school entrance exam. These experiences have equipped me well for tutoring post-bac. programs and I believe my experiences have prepared me to be a versatile and competitive candidate as a tutor.

Hobbies
I have many hobbies, but some include recreational fencing and rollerblading around San Diego Bay. I also love to read independently and going to the movies. I am a huge fan of the arts, especially live music, the San Diego Opera, and the Old Globe Theater.
